Once made, you can choose the time period from which your top artists are chosen from – the past four weeks, six months or all-time.

Your Instafest will display 36 of your top artists, with your favorites headlining each of the imaginary three-day festival.

Once allowed, your Instafest will be created and shown. On the website, you will be asked to sign into your Spotify account and allow the app to have access to your listening history. You can see your Spotify Instafest on the third-party app by clicking on the website, on your phone or desktop. Spotify does create playlists for users based on their most listened to songs or artists, but like the Spotify Pie Chart, Instafest isn't made by Spotify and comes from a third-party website made by University of Southern California student Anshay Saboo. With Instafest, Spotify users will see their most-played artists in the form of a three-day music festival lineup.

Everyone's 2022 Spotify Wrapped is days away from being unveiled, but in the meantime, Spotify users can find out more about their top artists by seeing what their dream Coachella-like weekend would be with Instafest.
